She has extensive cross-border African expertise in several countries in West Africa, the CEMAC financial hub, and currently East Africa. Her total experience spans over three decades in merchant banking, commercial banking, and leadership at the top management and executive levels. However, she began her career in multifunctional roles in Nigeria, where she worked her way up to Regional Directorate Business Management. She then successfully assumed important positions outside of Nigeria, including those of MD/CEO for Liberia, Gabon, and Uganda at present. Ms. Chioma received her university education in the United Kingdom. She attended a private college in Oxford City, England for her Advanced A Level education before moving to the University of Reading, where she earned an honors degree in law (LLB). She also holds a master's degree in commercial and corporate law (LL.M.) from the esteemed University College London (UCL). She is competent at defining solutions for complicated businesses and leveraging the best of diverse cultures and diversity through effective team building to create long-term business solutions. A courageous and results-oriented professional woman with immaculate integrity who is motivated by international principles of effective corporate governance, risk management, and high ethical standards in business development. She enjoys dancing, traveling, mentoring, coaching, and developing social bridges. She is particularly interested in helping the interests of women, girls, and African youth.
